Pastor David A. Morrow was born the youngest of eight siblings born to the late Willie Thomas and Emma Lou (Henry) Morrow in Palmetto, Georgia.

He is a devoted husband of 41 years to Mrs. Mamie J. Morrow. Pastor Morrow is the proud father of four children: David, Delethia (Todrick), Devon (LaToya), Darren. He has 11 grandchildren: Deshawna, Jocelyn, D'Anthony, Ayanna, Todrick Jr, Darrell III, Rodrick, Jordan, Cameron, Kaylie and Kasey.

Pastor Morrow received Christ as his Savior and Lord in 1988 under the pastorate of Rev. J. C. Tate and was ordained in 1991 in the African Methodist Church in Atlanta North Georgia Conference. His services within the church and community have been astronomical.

He has served as Senior Pastor for the following churches:


Dent Chapel AME, Newnan, GA (8 years)

Holly Grove AME in Peachtree City, GA (10 years)

Greater Bethel AME in Atlanta, GA (4 years)

Knights Monumental AME in Stockbridge, GA presently


His vision for Knights Monumental is to grow the church in every aspect to include the choir and membership. He believes that Unity is the key to unlock all doors, and if the doors are unlocked, all will be able to enter.

He is an active member of the SCLC, the NAACP, and the NBSTC (National Black State Troopers Coalition). He is also an honorary trooper with the Georgia State Patrol.


Pastor Morrow graduated from Fairburn High School, Georgia. He attended Carver Bible College in Atlanta and Turner Theological Seminary in Atlanta. He currently holds a BA Degree in Religious Studies and Master's Degree in Religious Leadership at Beulah Heights University.


Pastor Morrow favorite Scripture is: Psalms 119:133 "Order my steps in thy word; and let not any iniquity have dominion over me."
